PM Assures That There Will Be No Armed Conflict on Cambodian Territory

TAKEO: Prime Minister Hun Sen has said that while he may not be able to guarantee peace of mind for everyone, he can guarantee that there will be no armed conflict on Cambodian territory.

He made this statement while speaking at the inauguration ceremony of the new section of National Road No. 3, held in Tram Kak district, Takeo province on Monday morning.

The Prime Minister continued to say that today, Cambodia has become one country, with a shared national motto, a King, a Constitution and a single armed force, making Cambodia a peaceful and stable country. He stressed that the peace that is currently achieved will have to continue forever.
